The company ENNA Slovenia was founded

Entry into the logistics sector by acquiring shares in the Port of Ploče and Adriatic Transport, now ENNA Transport. PPD Hungary Established.

ENNA becomes the majority owner of the Port of Ploče, significantly expanding its logistical reach and operational scope. Purchase of Siemens Vectron locomotives, the most modern locomotives in Europe. The Novo Sutra (New Tomorrow) Foundation was founded.

PPD, in partnership with INA, becomes the majority owner of Petrokemija. PPD is building a new business center and headquarters for the ENNA group and PPD in Vukovar.

ENNA increases its ownership stake in Luka Ploče d.d. and surpasses the control threshold of 25 percent of shares. The company ENNA Logic was founded. Work begins on ENNA Biomass Vukovar - a biomass power plant owned by the ENNA group.

ENNA Fruit established to support and enhance local agriculture, expanding its operational domain into the food sector.

Rijeka Gateway project launched - a joint logistics project by ENNA Logic and APM Terminals. Companies ENNA Opskrba (Supply) and ENNA Geo were founded.

ENNA Geo acquires business shares in the company Geo Power Zagocha d.o.o. (exploitation field of geothermal waters "Slatina 2") and Geo Power Babina Greda d. o.o.o. (exploitation field of geothermal waters "Babina Greda 1"). The company Terra Mineralna Gnojiva is sold, resulting in PPD's exit from the ownership of Petrokemija.

PPD leaves the ENNA group. Owner Pavao Vujnovac leaves the management positions of ENNA and PPD. Construction of the Rijeka Gateway terminal begins - the most modern container terminal in this part of Europe.

ENNA Geo acquires the majority of business shares in the company Geotermalni izvori d.o.o. (geothermal water exploration field "Babina Greda 2"). ENNA increases its ownership stake in Port of Ploče to 43.49% of shares.
