The new CFO of the ENNA Group is the experienced financial expert Anton Barbir

Zagreb - As of 1 January 2025, ENERGIA NATURALIS d.o.o. has a new management board member, Anton Barbir, who will serve as the CFO of the ENNA Group. Along with the president of the Board, Boštjan Napast, he forms the newly established two-member management board of Energia Naturalis.

Anton Barbir is a financial expert with over 20 years of experience in corporate and operational finance, financial oversight, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), strategic project management, and Lean management implementation. He graduated from the Faculty of Economics in Zagreb and completed the Executive MBA programme at the CBA Business School in Zagreb.

He began his career at Coca-Cola Beverages Croatia, where, as a financial and accounting manager, he was responsible, among other things, for the implementation of SAP. He was then promoted to Financial Director and Member of the Management Board at Zagrebačka Pivovara in 2009. From 2010 to 2013, he worked at the audit and accounting firm Grant Thornton, where he was appointed president of the board and partner.

He returned to the corporate sector and was promoted to Director of Global Financial Operations at Teva Pharmaceuticals. In 2014, he joined Atlantic Grupa in Germany, where he served as CFO of the strategic business area of sports and active nutrition, as well as the strategic distribution area of Western Europe. In 2019, he took on the position of Director of Central Finance for the Croatian market at Atlantic Grupa, responsible for the financial operations of the group’s companies in Croatia and for financial planning and supporting strategic decision-making and investments.

Since 2021, he has been the Director of Corporate Finance at JGL, responsible for the entire financial operations in Croatia and abroad, as well as the development and implementation of the business strategy.

Since January 2025, he has been serving as CFO of the ENNA Group.
