Zagreb, Tuesday, September 24, 2024 – The CEO of ENNA Group, Boštjan Napast, presented the development plan of 0ENNA Group for the period 2030/35 and its new visual identity t0oday in Zagreb0.
The group is currently developing three divisions – Energy, Logistics, and Food, with a particular focus on Energy and Logistics, where the largest investments are planned.
The ENNA Opskrba company has changed its name and continues its expansion in Croatia and abroad under the name ENNA Next. The company's idea is to offer the market a One Stop Shop concept, i.e. all energy services in one place – electricity supply with a special focus on green energy, gas supply, purchase of electricity from renewable sources, batteries, and virtual power plants. In the field of electricity supply, the company plans to expand into Slovenia and Italy. ENNA Next purchases electricity from renewable sources in Croatia and Germany, and plans to expand into other European Union markets. In the gas supply sector, the company is also entering the Slovenian market.
The energy division plans to invest 240 million euros in geothermal energy. The planned investment in solar parks amounts to 330 million euros, or 25-50 MW annually. Currently, 10MW has been installed while another 75 MW of solar is in development. The energy division plans to invest 40 million euros in geothermal energy. As for the ESCO projects installed in 22 power plants with a capacity of over 5 MW, an additional investment of 25 million euros is planned.
ENNA Fruit operates in Croatia, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Slovenia, and intends to enter the Montenegrin market in 2024. The company is focused on encouraging local production and increasing purchase volumes from local suppliers, from whom 45% of the food sold comes. The region is covered by 7 storage and purchase centers, and more than 45% of the energy consumed in the facilities and storage areas comes from its own solar power plants.
ENNA Transport and ENNA Logic operate in Croatia, Serbia, and Slovenia, with plans for expansion into Hungary and Bosnia and Herzegovina, where they currently operate through subcontractors. In Croatia, they operate on corridors RH 1 (X corridor), RH 2 (Vb corridor), RH 3 (Vc corridor). ENNA Transport's share in the Croatian market currently stands at 24%. By June 2024, the company had transported more than 33,000 trains.
By 2035, an investment of 22 million euros is planned in intermodal terminals.
The development of the Rijeka Gateway container terminal is also continuing, with the expected total investment being around 500 million euros. Enna's strategic interest also includes the further development of the Port of Ploče, in which it holds 43.49% of the ordinary shares.
NEW VISUAL IDENTITY
From this week, the ENNA group also has a new visual identity. It reflects the fact that the ENNA group is changing, growing, and expanding into new markets.
The intention of the group is to create a brand that is modern, convincing, and appealing, and that reflects the values of the ENNA group. The primary goal is to build a stronger identity and to differentiate itself from the competition.
ENNA group is a robust business system that knows how to and can handle challenges, while at the same time being flexible enough to easily adapt to all future changes.
In the rebranding process, the logos/trademarks of all companies in the group were changed, as well as their entire visual identity.
The ENNA brand has acquired a new look thanks to a fresh and contemporary design system, a vibrant color palette, clean typography style, and playful graphic language.
In the ENERGY division, companies are symbolically shaped to a circular form, reflecting the constant flow of energy. The company ENNA Opskrba, yesterday on Monday, September 23, 2024, changed its name and became ENNA Next, reflecting its focus on the future. In the FOOD division, the new visual identity emphasizes fruit as the final symbol, while in the LOGISTICS division, the lines symbolize organization and focus.
In the ENNA group, excellence is nurtured, knowledge is valued, diversity is respected, and employees and business partners are esteemed. Growth does not only mean that the group is becoming larger, growth also implies that it is becoming better in terms of sustainability and environmental protection.
Accordingly, the ENNA group has also introduced a new slogan in both the English and Croatian versions which reads:
Way to grow. That is, for a tomorrow that counts.
The slogan of the Energy division is: Turning energy into value.
The slogan of the Logistics division is: Bringing value, everywhere.
The slogan of the Food division is: Where opportunities grow.
On Wednesday, September 25, 2024, the ENNA Group will launch a communication campaign to mark its rebranding under the new name Vrijedi! (Worth It). Through this campaign, the group aims to showcase how it can achieve commercial success while also being committed to social responsibility and environmental sustainability. The campaign, which includes billboards, aligns with their new positioning and slogan: For A Tomorrow That Counts.
